The Dilemma

Jae and Isabella were playing in the park when they noticed a group of older kids teasing a younger child, Sam, who was trying to play on the swings. The older kids were laughing and calling Sam names, making him feel sad and scared. Jae felt a knot in his stomach because he knew it was wrong to treat someone like that. Isabella whispered, "We should do something," but Jae hesitated. He felt nervous about standing up to the older kids, who were much bigger and louder than him. Jae remembered a time when he was teased and how lonely it felt. He didn't want Sam to feel the same way, but he was also afraid of becoming the target of the older kids' teasing. As Jae watched Sam's eyes fill with tears, he realized he had to make a decision. Jae The decision isn't easy.
